The Second Appellate District affirmed in part and reversed in part a judgment. The court held that a lienholder’s attempts to collect on an unenforceable debt may be actionable under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, the Rosenthal Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, and the Unfair Competition Law if those attempts inaccurately imply that the debt is still enforceable.
