SAN FRANCISCO — White-collar criminal defense litigator Jeffrey Bornstein joined Rosen Bien Galvan & Grunfeld in San Francisco on Monday.

Previously with K&L Gates, Bornstein has teamed with several Rosen Bien attorneys on civil cases and civil rights matters, including a class action on behalf of mentally ill California inmates. Rosen Bien has also referred clients to Bornstein, particularly those with matters involving securities regulation, antitrust and other government investigations. He is the first white-collar criminal defense partner at the 18-lawyer firm.
