Latham and Davis Polk work on Nevro’s increased public offering
Latham & Watkins represented Menlo park-based Nevro Corp. in its upsized $240 million public offering of common stock. The offering of 4,705,880 shares is comprised of 1,764,705 shares being sold by the company and 2,941,175 shares being sold by existing shareholders. The medical device company develops products meant to treat chronic pain in individuals.
