San Leandro-based TriNet Group Inc. hired Brady Mickelsen as senior vice president and chief legal officer. Mickelsen joins from the Palo Alto office of White & Case, where he practiced for four years. Prior to White & Case, Mickelsen was an associate general counsel at Oracle Corp. He is replacing general counsel Gregory Hammond and will start on June 22.
Michelle Fang joined San Francisco-based car-sharing company RelayRides as the company’s first general counsel. Fang joined from StubHub Inc., where she served the same role, and was previously at eBay Inc. See story online.
