PALO ALTO — Corporate partner Martin Wellington joined Sidley Austin in Palo Alto on Tuesday. He was previously a partner with Davis Polk & Wardwell, where he practiced for more than 15 years.
Wellington advises technology companies and private equity firms on joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, and private and public offerings. He played roles in the initial public offerings of Angie’s List, Pandora Media Inc. and Splunk Inc.
