SAN FRANCISCO — McKool Smith brought aboard intellectual property litigator Robert Allen as a principal in the firm’s Los Angeles office. Allen joins the firm from his private solo practice, which he started about four years ago.
Allen, whose past work includes litigation and transactional work in the music and entertainment industry, said he joined McKool Smith to cast a wider net for his practice.
