SAN FRANCISCO — Lawyers for a semiconductor company have demanded sanctions against Mitsubishi, Sidley Austin and Squire Patton Boggs, accusing the company of hiding evidence and allowing witnesses to lie under oath during a 2012 trade secrets trial.

Attorneys for Mitsubishi at Sidley Austin and Squire Patton “engaged in serious misconduct” by failing to immediately inform the court of false testimony, allege lawyers for Grail Semiconductor Inc.
