MoFo and Brownstein Hyatt aid DaVita and Renal Ventures in $415 million deal
Morrison & Foerster guided Denver-based DaVita HealthCare Partners Inc. in its agreement with RV Management Corp. and Renal Ventures Partners LLC to acquire Renal Ventures Ltd. LLC for $415 million. Per terms of the deal, DaVita will acquire a 100 percent interest in all of Renal Ventures’ dialysis centers. The Lakewood, Colo.-based company operates 36 dialysis clinics across six states and it owns two divisions that also operate infusion and vascular centers in three states. DaVita, by comparison, operates more than 2,200 clinics in 46 states.
