SAN FRANCISCO — Corporate finance and securities partner Craig Mordock joined Sheppard, Mullin, Richter & Hampton in Orange County on Wednesday, departing Jones Day.
Mordock advises clients on transactions and public offerings, as well as on securities law compliance matters. Mordock said a few Southern California public-company clients would follow him to Sheppard Mullin, including El Segundo-based technology marketing company PCM Inc. and Mission Viejo-based health agencies company Ensign Group.
