SAN FRANCISCO — Real estate startup Flywheel Networks Inc. on Friday succeeded in pushing a former employee’s sexual harassment suit into arbitration.
U.S. District Judge William Orrick of the Northern District of California ruled he will stay the case while an arbitrator determines whether the claims can be arbitrated.
