SAN FRANCISCO — Elon Musk serves as CEO of both Tesla Motors and SpaceX. Steve Jobs once held the top posts at Apple and Pixar Animation Studios. Jack Dorsey recently assumed CEO duties at Twitter, on top of the CEO position he already held at mobile payments company Square.
“Having two companies that have the same CEO is not a conflict,” Venable partner Thomas Wallerstein told a federal judge Thursday.
