SAN FRANCISCO — Apple Inc. has turned to Weil, Gotshal & Manges to fight a suit over a new iPhone feature that consumers claim bloated their bills.
Partner Anne Cappella, counsel David Singh and associate Bambo Obaro, all based in Weil’s Silicon Valley office, entered appearances Wednesday on behalf of Apple.
