SAN FRANCISCO — FLEX by Fenwick has a new general manager. Carole Coplan joins the contract attorney program from Cryptography Research Inc., where she was vice president of business development for six years.
Coplan said she was impressed by the FLEX business model and Fenwick & West’s innovative approach to a problem she saw some years ago when she briefly opened up her own shop after a couple of in-house roles. She previously served as general counsel at two tech companies.
