SAN FRANCISCO — A team from Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe stepped up Wednesday to defend SolarCity Corp. against allegations that the company’s robocalls violated federal telemarketing restrictions.
Orrick partner Randy Luskey entered an appearance on behalf of the company in the Northern District of California. His team will include partners Christina Guerola Sarchio and Elyse Echtman.
