The University of Wisconsin has won a high-stakes fight over royalties on a blockbuster kidney disease treatment.
A Delaware federal judge ruled this week that Washington University in St. Louis waited far too long to stake its claim to a larger share of the reported hundreds of millions in royalties Wisconsin has reaped from sales of the drug Zemplar.
