SAN FRANCISCO — The race between ride-hailing competitors Uber Technologies Inc. and Lyft Inc. is increasingly moving from the streets to the courts.
On Tuesday, Uber fired back against Lyft’s assertion that the company’s discovery process in a federal data breach suit amounts to a “witch hunt” against a current Lyft employee.
