Fenwick and Cooley work on Facebook’s purchase of Masquerade
Fenwick & West provided counsel to Facebook Inc. in its purchase of Masquerade Technologies Inc. for an undisclosed amount. Masquerade, based in Belarus, develops an app that lets users manipulate photos and videos of themselves with animations and images.
