SAN FRANCISCO — McGuireWoods has added a second partner from Reed Smith to its new San Francisco office.
David Reidy, who led Reed Smith’s financial-technology practice, said he came to McGuireWoods for the “opportunity to get in on the ground floor” of the new Bay Area office and because of the firm’s reputation and expertise in his practice area.
