SAN FRANCISCO — McGuireWoods continued the expansion of its San Francisco office by hiring away two more Reed Smith partners—finance litigators Marc Lackner and Carolee Hoover.
Lackner and Hoover join their former colleagues David Powell and David Reidy. Powell, office managing partner in San Francisco, helped launch the new outpost in late March. Reidy followed him less than one week after.
