SAN FRANCISCO — The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit on Friday handed a quick win to Adobe Systems Inc. in a fight over patents related to digital content tracking.
The one-page summary ruling affirms Adobe’s 2014 trial win over Digital Reg of Texas and allows Adobe to collect attorney fees awarded against Digital Reg for what a federal judge ruled was “exceptional” misconduct by two of its witnesses during the case.
