The U.S. International Trade Commission will review an administrative law judge’s finding that Arista Networks Inc. infringes networking patents held by rival Cisco Systems Inc.

Cisco general counsel Mark Chandler had hailed the February ruling from Administrative Law Judge David Shaw as “the beginning of the end for Arista’s systemic copying of our intellectual property.” Both Arista and Cisco petitioned the ITC for further review.
