SAN FRANCISCO — Bolstered by an active market for tech mergers and acquisitions and a strong demand for emerging company work, Silicon Valley’s three big native firms—Cooley, Fenwick & West and Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati all posted double-digit revenue growth in 2015, according to the latest The Am Law 100 results.

Those results placed them among the top 10 firms nationwide in terms of topline growth and translated to significant jumps up the annual list of the 100 highest grossing law firms in the U.S.
