The governor on Friday released his revised budget proposal, which offered $2 billion in increased spending for various programs but nothing much extra for California’s courts.

There’s an additional $12 million to replace court case management systems in Orange, Sacramento, San Diego and Ventura counties. The governor also set aside another $531,000 for additional costs associated with trial court employees’ health and retirement benefits. That’s about it.
