SACRAMENTO — The passage rate for the February bar exam dropped to a seven-year low with just 35.7 percent of test-takers earning passing marks, according to results released late Friday by the California State Bar.
The 1,700 successful exam-takers also represent the lowest number of candidates eligible for bar membership since 2010.
