During a slow year for initial public offerings, Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati handled some of the biggest and most-anticipated deals. The firm advised on the largest biotech IPO ever, helping NantKwest Inc. raise $207 million. And it was part of a two-firm team that took Square Inc. public after years of anticipation. It represented GoDaddy in its complicated $460 million opening, and it advised Sunrun Inc. in its IPO. The firm worked on 13 IPOs last year with a combined value of $2.3 billion.

Douglas Clark, co-managing partner of the firm, said last year showed Wilson Sonsini’s strength in tech across the board—in biotech, clean tech and tech tech.
