SAN FRANCISCO — Fenwick & West announced Tuesday that it will open a six-partner New York office in June.
The new outpost, the firm’s third outside the Bay Area, will continue Fenwick’s core business of representing technology and life sciences companies in corporate work and tech transactions, firm chairman Richard Dickson said in an interview.
