SAN FRANCISCO — Three Southern California IP litigators have joined Sheppard, Mullin, Richter & Hampton from Steptoe & Johnson.
Seong Hwan Kim, a member of Steptoe’s executive committee, and Rebecca Edelson, who led the firm’s trade secrets practice, are joining as partners in Sheppard Mullin’s Century City office. Special counsel James Wald, an IP litigator, and M. Jason Zelin, an entertainment lawyer specializing in financing, also joined the firm.
