The Sixth Appellate District reversed a judgment. In the published portion of its opinion, the court held that the trial court did not exceed its jurisdiction in considering grounds for the exclusion of evidence other than those raised by the defendant in a motion in limine, but erred in resolving all evidentiary conflicts in the defendant’s favor in granting the motion.
