IP boutique Tensegrity Law Group will match the associate salary hikes that Cravath, Swaine & Moore and other big law firms announced earlier this month.
Tensegrity, a seven-partner Redwood Shores-based firm founded by former Weil, Gotshal & Manges intellectual property star Matthew Powers, will offer first-year associates a base salary of $180,000 and eighth-year associates a base salary of $315,000, Powers said. Above the Law broke the news of the pay increase on Thursday.
