Cisco Systems Inc. has won a major skirmish in its IP battle with competitor Arista Networks Inc.

The U.S. International Trade Commission on Thursday affirmed an administrative law judge’s finding that Arista infringes three Cisco networking patents. The ITC ordered Arista to stop importing devices, components and software that infringe the patents, pending review by the Office of the U.S. Trade Representative.
