SAN FRANCISCO—After the messy breakup of their partnership blew into the open in May with a defamation lawsuit, the two founders of $100 million venture capital firm Xfund are now feuding in court over who controls the company’s bank accounts and even its website.

In a complaint filed Friday by lawyers at Lowenstein Sandler and GCA Law Partners, Xfund—now helmed by general manager Patrick Chung—sued former partner Hugo Van Vuuren and Silicon Valley Bank to regain access to the company’s funds and its website login information.
