SAN FRANCISCO — The Pomerantz law firm continues to pick battles with the companies behind the “augmented reality” game Pokémon Go.

Lawyers at Pomerantz, who filed what was believed to be the first suit against Niantic Inc. last month on behalf of a New Jersey homeowner, sued the company and its partners again on Wednesday on behalf of a Michigan couple who claim that virtual Pokéstops and Pokémon gyms placed near their home have become a public nuisance.
