SAN FRANCISCO — Flex (formerly Flextronics International) has named Scott Offer its general counsel, the San Jose-based electronics supply chain company announced in a press release on Monday. He joins Flex from Lenovo Group Ltd., where he was senior vice president and GC.
Offer spent much of his career at Motorola, joining the company in 2002 and becoming the GC of Motorola Mobility, Motorola’s mobile device unit, after its acquisition by Google Inc. in 2011. He ended up at Lenovo after it acquired Motorola Mobility from Google in 2014.
