SAN FRANCISCO — The Senate Judiciary Committee is set to vote on U.S. District Judge Lucy Koh’s nomination to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit on Thursday.
Koh, who faced pointed questions from Republican senators at a committee hearing on her nomination in July, faces uncertain prospects of confirmation by the full Senate even if her nomination is approved by the committee.
