McDermott Will & Emery has hired David Lipkin as part of an effort to expand its mergers and acquisitions practice in Silicon Valley, the firm announced Wednesday. Lipkin, who was previously a partner at Morrison & Foerster, will be a partner in McDermott’s corporate and transactional practice group in Menlo Park.
The strength of McDermott’s corporate practice nationwide attracted Lipkin, he said, and he’s excited to help the firm make further inroads in the Bay Area.
