Former Sidley Austin corporate venture capital group co-leader Marc Gottschalk has joined Duane Morris as a partner in the firm’s San Francisco and Silicon Valley offices.
Gottschalk was drawn to Duane Morris’ geographic reach, which he said is “beyond what you would see with a lot of Valley firms.” He’s also looking forward to being able to offer his clients a variety of fee arrangements.
