The court of appeals affirmed a district court’s denial of a motion for preliminary injunction. The court held that religiously-affiliated pregnancy-related clinics were not entitled to a preliminary injunction against enforcement of the California Reproductive Freedom, Accountability, Comprehensive Care, and Transparency Act where they failed to demonstrate a likelihood of success on the merits of their First Amendment free speech and free exercise challenges to the Act’s regulation of licensed and unlicensed clinics.
