The Fourth Appellate District affirmed a judgment. The court held that a defendant’s sentence includes any applicable period of postrelease community supervision (PRCS) or parole, and the sentence cannot be deemed completed, for purposes of a petition for resentencing under Proposition 47, until he or she is released from PRCS or parole.
