SACRAMENTO — Get that cellphone camera ready, California voters. You just may be able to take that ballot selfie on Tuesday after all.
The American Civil Liberties Union of California on Monday asked a federal court to block the state from enforcing laws that prohibit voters from revealing their marked ballots to anyone. A hearing on the ACLU’s request for a temporary restraining order was set for Wednesday before U.S. District Judge William Alsup in San Francisco.
