SAN FRANCISCO — Californians should leave their selfie-stick at home when they head to the polls next Tuesday.
That was the message from U.S. District Judge William Alsup on Wednesday as he denied the American Civil Liberties Union of California’s request to bar enforcement of a state law making it illegal for voters to reveal their marked ballots to anyone.
