SAN FRANCISCO — Attorneys suing employer review website Glassdoor Inc. over the accidental release of thousands of user email addresses in July are fighting to keep their case from getting thrown out under the U.S. Supreme Court’s Spokeo decision.

Robins and thus don’t have standing to bring a case.
