Southern California medical device maker Masimo Corp. has settled a patent dispute in the wake of a $467 million jury verdict in Delaware.
Irvine-based Masimo is receiving a $300 million lump sum payment as part of a multiyear business agreement with Philips Electronics North America Corp. and its German affiliate, Philips Medizin Systeme Boblingen GmbH.
