SAN FRANCISCO — Microsoft Corp. says it’s already seeing benefits from its revamped outside counsel diversity program, which seeks to increase minority representation in law firm leadership and overall partner makeup.
“While it is just the first year, we are encouraged by the results achieved by all our firms,” said David Howard, deputy general counsel of litigation, competition law and compliance, in a company blog post.
