The court of appeals affirmed a district court judgment. The court held that the district court properly rejected a defendant’s entrapment defense in light of the defendant’s initiative and zeal in working with undercover agents to carry out a car bomb attack. The court held further that the government’s late disclosure about information collected under the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA) did not warrant suppression of the associated evidence, and that FISA acquisition of the defendant’s emails did not violate the Fourth Amendment.
