C.A. 4th;
G051212
The court of appeals reversed a trial court’s postjudgment order in part, affirmed in part, and remanded the action with directions. The court held on remand from the California Supreme Court that where a trial court resentenced a petty drug defendant whose felony crime was redesignated a misdemeanor pursuant to Proposition 47, the court’s imposition of a parole period could not exceed the remainder of the defendant’s post-release community supervision.
