SAN FRANCISCO — Pacific Gas and Electric Co. and its parent PG&E Corp., through a massive round of layoffs, will part ways with its longtime general counsel. John Simon, executive vice president of corporate services and human resources, is adding on the GC role starting March 1.
Simon will replace Hyun Park, who joined the San Francisco-based utility more than 10 years ago.
