Volkswagen has agreed to pay $1.2 billion to settle the last of the consumer claims brought over its diesel emissions scandal.

The latest settlement, filed in court on Tuesday, resolves suits brought by consumers and the U.S. Federal Trade Commission over 75,000 3.0-liter diesel engine vehicles. A similar $14.7 billion settlement to resolve consumer claims involving 475,000 2.0-liter diesel vehicles was approved on Oct. 25.
