Paul Mohun, an associate general counsel and assistant corporate secretary at The Gap Inc., has returned to Reed Smith after more than 10 years away from the firm.
Reed Smith announced Wednesday that Mohun would join the firm’s real estate group as a partner in San Francisco. In 1998, Mohun joined Crosby, Heafey, Roach & May, making partner two years later at the California firm, which subsequently merged with Reed Smith in 2002.
