Latham & Watkins has added two partners to its litigation practice in Los Angeles and Century City. Thomas Nolan joined the firm this week from Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom, and Joshua Hamilton joined from Paul Hastings.

Nolan, a former federal prosecutor who served as chief of fraud and special prosecutions in the Los Angeles U.S. Attorney’s Office, was previously chairman of Skadden’s West Coast litigation practice. Hamilton’s practice focuses on securities and complex disputes.
