The court of appeals affirmed a judgment of conviction, vacated a judgment of sentence, and remanded for resentencing. The court held that a court reviewing a wiretap on a motion to suppress first must determine de novo whether the wiretap application contained a full and complete statement of facts, prior to assessing the issuing judge’s decision for abuse of discretion.
